PTC heater with insulating film

Hair straightener，hair crimper, wax melting heater，vapor generator，humidifier，water boiler，liquid warmer，coffee warmer，polymer press-coating heater，hot glue gun，chocolate extruder，shoe dryer，hand/foot warmer，massager，physical therapy heater.

3. Notice in appliance.
1）After switching on, the heating power is large, and then decrease, finally it become steady state. The steady state power changes with appliance conditions. Faster is the heat conduction, higher is the steady state power; higher is the surface temperature, higher is the steady state power.
2）The surface temperature of PTC can be controlled by itself, control circuit may be omitted in most appliances.
3）Our PTC products are high reliable, long aging, but if they are assembled improperly, the end      product may be loose, power or temperature may be instable.
4) It operates in long life, and has excellent insulation on high voltage. The surface temperature increases (or decreases) about 8℃, when supplied voltage increases (or decreases) 2 time. In liquid heating appliance, when liquid was dried in the container, it’s no problem.
5）Parallel connection is necessary for two or more PTC connection.

Notice:
1) The surface temperature can be selected between 50℃~280℃, the tolerance of surface temperature is ±7℃ usually. Rate voltage can be 6V~600V, AC or DC.            
2)  For getting rapid temperature rising, larger heating power, several PTC pellets are used to assemble into a larger one.
3) There are two structures of insulators, one is twining polyimide film around the heating plate; another is coating a film pipe around the heating plate, and then thermal shrinking.

4.2 Flexibility heating belt.

Notice:
1) The surface temperature can be selected between 50℃~100℃, the tolerance of surface temperature is ±5℃ usually. Rate voltage can be 6V~400V, AC or DC. Customer designed shapes are possible.
2) This product is assembled with many pieces of PTC heating elements, with a shrink tube tightened. It can be bended. It can be very long, length between 0.1 ~ 20 m , width between 6 ~ 16 mm, thickness between 2.5 ~ 3.5 mm. It is uesd for large area constant temperature heating.
